About

Natalie Yardena is a soprano Singer and Actress from North London. She is currently training under Lynton Atkinson and Robert Bottriell and has recently completed her Master's in Vocal Studies at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.  Natalie is delighted to be awarded the Kathleen Roberts Vocal Scholarship at Trinity Laban Conservatoire. For Trinity Laban opera scenes she played the role of Zdenka in Strauss' Arabella in April 2024. Natalie played Musetta in Giacomo Puccini's La Boheme in December 2023. Natalie was casted as Jane Seymour in Try Me, Good King, directed and devised by Jennifer Hamilton (June 2023), she also played Amor in scenes from L'incoronazione di Poppea (April 2023); Natalie was also casted as Zerlina in scenes from Don Giovanni (October 2022). Other operatic performances include playing the role of Venus in Orpheus In the Underworld (February 2022) as well as playing in the chorus in Pagliacci and Trial By Jury (February 2021) with Southgate Opera Company. Natalie has also had professional classical training for over 15 years and additional private training by a professor at the Royal College of Music.

Natalie devised and created a one woman show which she performed at Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August 2019 with her concert “ Bizet to Broadway” where she enchanted the audience with her vocals as she took them on a musical journey performing operatic arias, musical theatre numbers from The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables and Carousel as well as popular contemporary music including a Kate Bush classic.  Natalie also performed two London preview shows prior to her Edinburgh Fringe performance at an iconic venue the The Clissold Arms, Finchley  where all profits were donated to Max's Foundation Charity.

Natalie was thrilled to be asked to sing in front of an audience of 700 people for two years at the “Pride of St George” at The Brewery in Moorgate in April 2018 and 2019, and the Rugby National Anthems for England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales at the Pre Tour Roar dinner in 2017. She also performs live in various restaurants and bars in London and Nottingham as well as at other prestigious venues across London including The Brewery and The Dorchester Hotel. Natalie has performed at various charity events including the Masonic Lodge Dinner and had the privilege of turning on the Christmas lights in Barnet for the Cherry Lodge, and performs at weddings, corporate and social events.

Natalie attended Centre Stage Drama School where she performed in several musicals, cabarets, and shows including Les Miserables at the Aylward Theatre and Our House at the Arts Depot Theatre, and appeared in the Camden Fringe Festival. She excelled during her time at Centre Stage and was presented with numerous awards including The Stage Presence Award and Most Promising Singer Award.


Natalie graduated from The University of Nottingham in 2018 and has continued to pursue her training in Opera and Musical Theatre.
